No Code Studio

No Code is an entertainment development studio based in Glasgow, Scotland. Launched in 2015 by Jon Mckellan, the Creative Director, and Omar Khan, the Managing Director, the company is best known for weaving intricate narratives and skilfully crafted gaming environments. No Code has grown rapidly within the gaming industry, one that is as competitive as it is innovative, by garnering multiple BAFTA Awards and international critical acclaim for their original games, Stories Untold and Observation. On their continuous journey, they aim to bridge high-polish AAA development with the experimental nature of indie gaming.

Over its active years, No Code diligently earned a remarkable reputation for its exceptional storytelling, incredibly detailed atmosphere, and distinctive game design. Both flagship games, Observation and Stories Untold, have featured in many "Game of The Year" lists, in numerous printed and online publications; impressive feats considering they faced off against games with 20 times more budget and team size. A particular highlight arrived in 2020 when Observation was named 'Best British Game' by BAFTA, a first for a Scottish development studio, marking a significant milestone for both No Code and Scottish gaming.

No Code's trailblazing output is the result of intentional pioneering spirit driven by ingenuity and ambition. As the studio expands its team and embarks on it's most ambitious title yet, Silent Hill: Townfall, a brand new entry to the iconic horror series, in partnership with Annapurna Interactive and Konami.
